Waldor Clinic is a private aesthetics clinic at 35 Great Portland Street in London’s W1, founded by Dor Bukobza and built around treatment technology sourced from South Korea and Japan. Its signature HydraGlass™ facial combines up to ten advanced devices in a single session, consultations are supported by a Japanese 4D AI skin analysis, and the clinic itself, from the bespoke interiors to the pink onyx Italian bar, is designed to feel closer to a private members’ club than a high-street salon.
The challenge was the postcode. W1 is one of the most crowded aesthetics markets in the country, and a premium clinic has to earn attention in a feed full of discount offers without starting to look like one. Waldor had run Meta ads itself in short bursts through 2025 and early 2026, mostly promotional body sculpting offers, but there was no always-on account behind them and no reliable way of tracing which ads were actually filling the diary. The clinic needed a predictable flow of qualified appointment enquiries, at a cost that made sense for a clinic whose signature facial is priced from £195.
GLO took over the account in July 2026 and rebuilt it around the enquiry rather than the click. Campaigns were structured on appointment-booking objectives, Meta conversion tracking and GA4 were connected from day one, and audiences were mapped around central London and the people already engaging with premium aesthetics. The creative was reworked to look like Waldor: editorial video and photography from the clinic’s own green-panelled treatment rooms, serif typography, clear introductory pricing and honest compliance lines in place of loud discount graphics. The HydraGlass™ facial launched as a video-led campaign, the body sculpting offer was rebuilt as EMS + RF creative in late August, and a technology-led hair restoration campaign followed in September.
August 2026, the first full month of activity, delivered 171 appointment enquiries at an average cost of £42.28 per enquiry, from 221,658 impressions and a 2.27% click-through rate.
The result is a premium clinic with a predictable, measurable stream of new-client enquiries, each one costing less than a quarter of the price of its signature facial.

How We Did it
GLO began by mapping Waldor’s full treatment menu and price architecture, from the £195 HydraGlass™ facial through injectables, body contouring and hair restoration, alongside the central London competitive set and the clinic’s own previous advertising. That gave us a clear picture of who the ideal client was, what competitors were already showing them, and where Waldor’s technology-led positioning could stand apart.
Rather than optimising for clicks or impressions, every campaign was structured around the appointment enquiry itself, feeding Meta’s delivery system real booking signals from day one.
Waldor is a destination clinic, but it is still a local business. Targeting was concentrated on W1 and the surrounding premium London postcodes, layered with the interests and behaviours of people already engaging with aesthetics and luxury treatments.
The creative was rebuilt to look and sound like Waldor. Editorial video and stills shot in the clinic’s own treatment rooms, serif typography and calm, direct copy replaced the loud discount graphics common in the sector, with introductory pricing stated plainly and compliance lines on every ad.
With daily performance data in hand, spend was reallocated throughout the month toward the audiences, placements and creative generating enquiries most efficiently, steadily bringing the cost per enquiry down as the data matured.
Every result was tracked back to source through GA4 and Meta reporting, giving Waldor full visibility of what was working and a clear basis for the next phase of growth.

One month of Meta Ads, rebuilt around the appointment rather than the click: 171 enquiries at £42.28 each, with every one traced back to the campaign and creative that produced it. The sixty-second cut of how it came together is on the right.

Like what you see? Good, us too!
Premium clinics and service businesses face the same problem on Meta: the feed rewards discounting, and the brands that look cheapest tend to get the clicks. Waldor Clinic shows there is another way. With a conversion-first campaign structure, tracking that connects every enquiry to the ad behind it, and creative that respects the brand, paid social can fill a premium diary at a cost per enquiry that makes sense.
Whether you are launching a new clinic, replacing bursts of boosted posts with a proper always-on programme, or trying to bring your cost per enquiry down without cheapening your brand, GLO’s Meta Ads team can help.
