Noah Building Systems Timeline
August 2026 - September 2026
Services Selected
Noah Building Systems supplies temporary, semi-permanent and permanent steel and aluminium buildings across the UK, to hire or buy. The range runs from industrial warehouses and storage buildings to canopies, clear span buildings, workshops and covered padel courts. The business is part of the Noah family, alongside Noah Garden Rooms, where GLO already runs HubSpot and paid ads.
Noah needed a new brand and a website that could win enquiries from a standing start, ahead of the September to December peak season. Industrial building buyers compare span, height, hire or buy and site conditions before they ask for a price, so the site had to rank for those searches, earn trust for a new name and turn visits into briefs the sales team could price.
GLO sent over the brief and scope for the industrial building web design on 12 August 2026, and work started two days later. We explored three brand concepts, refined Noah’s choice into the Noah Building Systems design system and planned a 20-page site, with each page built around one search term and one job. The site has since grown to 29 indexed pages covering building types, sectors, hire, purchase, finance and advice.
Every page is built to convert. Request a Quote and Download the Brochure sit in the hero and in a sticky action bar, the Noah group’s track record sits high on the homepage, and each building page carries a preview of the 3D configurator, a brochure form, a quote form and FAQs. The quote form asks for six contact details first, then collects a 12-field project brief on the next step, mapped straight into a dedicated Noah Building Systems HubSpot account.
The website went live on 21 September, 38 days after sign-off, and scores 100 for SEO and Best Practices in Google PageSpeed Insights. Project briefs were arriving in HubSpot within the first week, and the 3D industrial building configurator went live five days after launch. GLO now runs the HubSpot sales automation and Google Ads behind it.

How We Did it
We started with a brief and scope document covering the sitemap, the SEO approach, the brochure and what sat in and out of scope for launch. Each of the 20 planned pages was built around one search term and one job.
We also flagged the details the copy would depend on, from pricing brackets and real lead times to project references, the confirmed sector list and the domain name, so Noah could pull them together in parallel. Noah signed off the scope on 14 August 2026, and work started that day.
We explored three brand concepts for Noah’s new industrial building business. Noah chose its preferred direction on 1 September, and we refined it into the design system behind every page: a dark, industrial palette with a warm gold accent, a serif display face and a clean sans-serif for body copy.
The brand launched as Noah Building Systems, a name that covers temporary, semi-permanent and permanent buildings, with “Part of the Noah family” carried through the site to connect it to the wider group.
The sitemap follows the way buyers search. A temporary buildings hub leads to seven building types, from industrial warehouses and storage buildings to canopies, industrial tents, clear span buildings, workshops and covered padel courts, alongside semi-permanent and permanent steel-framed pages, dedicated hire and buy pages and five sector pages.
Every page has its own meta title and breadcrumbs, the building pages carry their own FAQs, and the site is marked up with Organization, WebSite, BreadcrumbList, FAQPage and Service schema. Advice articles on planning permission, hire or buy, site preparation and installation programmes support the commercial pages.
Each building page follows the same conversion path: a hero with Request a Quote and Download the Brochure, the case for the building, a preview of the 3D configurator, the specification that matters, sector use cases, then the brochure form, the quote form and FAQs.
A sticky action bar keeps Request Quote and Download Brochure on screen as visitors scroll. The Noah group’s track record sits high on the homepage, with £25m+ of buildings supplied, 2,000+ bespoke buildings installed and 50+ years of combined management experience, clearly labelled as group figures. A mobile-specific hero image keeps the building clear on a phone, where many buyers see the site first.
The quote form asks for six contact details and offers a free technical site survey. Once they are sent, the lead is captured and the buyer moves to a 12-field project brief covering sector, building type, hire or buy, duration, span, length, clear height, insulation and planning support.
Enquiries and brochure requests feed a dedicated Noah Building Systems HubSpot account, with the project brief mapped field by field to custom properties. Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Ads conversion tracking and HubSpot tracking were set up for launch, on a domain, inbox and phone line kept separate from Noah Garden Rooms.
To let Noah’s team review the copy on the pages themselves, we added a removable live-commenting tool to the staging site. Feedback was worked through in rounds, from the homepage at the start of September to the full site on 9 September.
The site went live on 21 September with verified form emails and conversion tracking in place. Since launch, we have added the 3D industrial building configurator, a finance page and a time-lapse hero video, and refreshed the imagery with Noah’s own photography.
